How We Work With You

Inquiry & Requirements
Select from our available fabrics or provide your own fabric specs, tech packs, or samples. We will respond with a quote and estimated lead time within 2 business days.

Development & Sampling
Once prices are approved, we process lab dips or strike-offs and send sample swatches within 7 business days for your approval.

Approval & Order
Once lab dip and quality samples are approved, you may place your order. We will send the Proforma Invoice (PI) for your confirmation and signature. Payment terms will be included.

Bulk Production
Once advance payment is received, we start bulk knitting, dyeing, and finishing. The estimated production lead time is 5 weeks from order confirmation.

Shipment samples approval
Upon completion of bulk fabrics, we send a shipment sample for your approval. Once approved, we proceed with packaging and final shipment.

Fabric testing (on request)
We can arrange fabric testing as per your requirements, including color fastness, shrinkage, and other relevant tests. Test reports and certificates are available upon request.

Inspection & Packing
Once shipment samples are approved, we proceed with bulk inspection and packing. All products are inspected to ensure they meet quality standards before packaging.

Bulk Shipment
Once the balance payment is received, we prepare shipping documents and arrange the shipment via the ship mode as requested.
